Items you do not wish to keep are collected by our delivery team at the end of the try-on period.

2. Condition

Items must be unworn, unwashed and have tags intact. Damaged, stained or altered items may attract a charge.

3. Return charge

A return charge may apply as shown at checkout.

4. Refunds

If you paid online and returned the item, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
